Womens Shirt Dress - Kelly Green / Retro Hip Hugger Dress

This gorgeous Kelly Green shirt dress brings back memories of the 1960s hip hugger look in Great Britain. This contemporary take on the conventional shirtwaist design takes things into the present moment with true style. The bodice of the dress is tailored just like a traditional button down shirt.
