Sundress - Short Flared Sleeves / White / Blue

A rounded neck line and wide flared bell sleeves with an accented black ribbon are the wonderful features of this short summer sundress with a white background and blue impressionistic flowers that overlap in unity around the dress. Dress is made of very sheer chiffon fabric comfortable to wear and hot weather and has a pure white lining of high quality that covers the inside of the dress. The sleeves have a black ribbon woven through it that flares out at the bottom just above the elbow. This is a nice feature that accents well with the dress. A high-quality invisible white zipper is in the center of the back of the dress. Can't be worn with either black, white or blue sandals.
